We’re excited to announce that Studio AVC will be taking part in Open House 2025, celebrating this year’s theme: The Crafted Environment.

As part of the programme, we’ll be opening our doors at Unit 11, The 1929 Shop, Merton Abbey Mills, where we’ll host a short talk on William Morris and the enduring legacy of the Arts & Crafts movement — a key influence on our design philosophy at Studio AVC.

Following the talk, we’ll lead a guided tour through Merton Abbey Mills, exploring the architectural character and historical significance of this unique site. The tour will include stops at the pottery, theatre, and other working studios, before concluding at the Merton Priory Chapter House, where visitors can learn more about the site’s rich heritage and its place in Merton’s history.

📅 Dates: Saturday 13th & Saturday 20th September
